Distinctive architectural forms, displays made for your products and materials that reflect your brand. We design and build custom wooden exhibition stands around your objectives.
Every part of your wooden stand should work for your brand.
A custom wooden stand shapes its layout, display elements and surfaces around the brand. We start with more than appearance: which products should stand out, how visitors will be welcomed and where meetings will happen.
01
A layout tailored to your brand
We plan reception, displays, meetings and storage around the open sides, entry directions and product dimensions. Access for large products and space for visitors to move around them influence the design, as do logo and graphic positions.
02
Materials and finishes
We assess MDF, melamine-faced panels and veneers according to the intended appearance, duration of use and construction details. Supports and connections matter as much as surfaces in shelving, counters and showcases. Materials and finishes are defined in the proposal, separately from the visualisation.
03
Lighting and product presentation
Lighting should reveal a product's form and finish, as well as illuminate the stand. Showcases, displays, counters and meeting furniture should work together. Screen, power and cable-routing needs should be shared during layout planning.
Use and scope
Design for this exhibition. Plan for the next one, too.
Which needs does it suit?
Consider a wooden stand when you need distinctive architectural forms, brand-specific finishes and displays made to product dimensions. The choice depends on the products, visitor interactions and intended use, as well as floor area.
Take the benefits of ownership to your next exhibition.
For regular exhibitors, owning a stand can preserve brand identity and let suitable display components evolve over time. Not every wooden component can be reused. Connections, dismantling, packing, storage and adaptation to a new space should be assessed from the start, with reusable elements and services identified in the proposal.
Our process
From the first conversation to the exhibition floor.
Review the space and requirements.
Let's review the floor plan, open sides, products and meeting needs together. Brand files and reference projects help establish the visual direction.
Define design and production details.
Consider the layout, materials, colours, graphics, lighting and equipment together. Agree the production design and proposal scope during approval.
Plan installation and handover.
Schedule production, transport and assembly around the exhibition timetable. Include dismantling, storage or adaptation for a future event in the initial scope when needed.
Preparing your enquiry
For a useful proposal, what should you share?
We can start the review with the information below and discuss any requirements that are still being defined.
Exhibition name, city, dates and hall layout
Stand dimensions, open sides and any height restrictions
Product dimensions, weights and display quantities
Meeting, storage, counter, showcase and screen requirements
Logo, brand colours and print-ready graphics
Handover expectations, future exhibitions and reuse plans
It is a stand designed and made around a brand's products and architectural approach. Wood-based panels, painted or veneered surfaces, display elements and lighting are designed together, with materials selected for the project.
When is a wooden stand suitable?
It suits exhibitors seeking custom forms, a distinctive spatial identity and product-specific displays. Floor dimensions, visitor flow and future use should be considered together.
Can a wooden stand be reused?
Reinstallation can be planned when reusable parts are identified during design. Not every wooden stand is entirely reusable: connections, material condition, dismantling and storage need to be assessed.
