Design, production and installation. One coordinated process.
Full-service stand delivery considers design, production, logistics and the onsite schedule together. The scope depends on the exhibition conditions and your brand's needs. Included work, equipment and handover expectations are agreed before the project begins.
01
Design and layout
We develop the layout around your objectives, products and visitor interactions, considering reception, displays, meetings and storage together. A wooden or Maxima system is selected according to the intended appearance, product needs and plans for use.
02
Production and equipment
We define materials, finishes, graphics, lighting and furniture for the approved design. Product dimensions and weights inform the display elements. Identifying the components to be produced and supplied aligns the visual design with the agreed delivery scope.
03
Logistics and onsite installation
We plan transport, assembly and site coordination around the venue's access and installation schedule. Electrical and other technical services are considered with the organiser's requirements. Dismantling, return transport and storage are scoped separately at the start when required.
Use and scope
Make the full-service scope clear in your proposal.
Work to define in the proposal
Design, production, graphics, lighting, furniture, transport, assembly and dismantling should each be identified as included or excluded. Quantities, material specifications, the delivery schedule and items supplied by each party should be clear.
Items to consider separately
Venue rental, organiser-provided electricity, internet, water and rigging services, product transport, customs, storage and additional technical requirements should not be assumed to be included. These are reviewed according to the project and venue conditions.
Our process
From the first conversation to the exhibition floor.
Gather the project information.
Share the exhibition, city, dates, hall plan and stand dimensions. Let's consider your products, meeting objectives and technical requirements at the start.
Approve the design, scope and schedule.
Agree the layout, system, materials, graphics and equipment. Define included and excluded services, and the approvals needed for production, in the proposal and schedule.
Move from production to the exhibition floor.
We coordinate production, dispatch and installation of the approved project. At handover, we review the layout and equipment against the agreed scope, with post-event work following the defined plan.

What does full-service exhibition stand delivery include?
Design, production and onsite installation are planned together. Graphics, furniture, technical equipment, transport, installation and dismantling are defined in the project scope. Responsibility for organiser-provided services is agreed separately.
What information is needed to start a stand project?
Start with the exhibition name and dates, hall plan, stand dimensions, open sides and product information. Brand files, meeting space and technical equipment requirements form the design brief.
How do products influence the stand design?
Product dimensions, weight, visitor access and any live demonstration requirements are reviewed with the layout. Displays, reception, meetings and storage are designed around those needs.
