We do not apply one country's conditions to every European exhibition. Our German and Italian projects demonstrate different industries and display needs. For a programme of events, design, transport and reuse decisions can be considered in one coordinated schedule.
Your logo, colours, graphics and product presentation should express the same brand in different spaces. Entrances, open sides and meeting needs may change. A common design language does not mean repeating an identical layout at every exhibition.

Identify reusable components, new graphics and space-specific elements early. Storage, repacking and transport between cities affect the overall scope. Each event's installation and dismantling dates are reviewed separately.
Share countries, cities, dates and the floor plan for each event. Distinguish a single-event brief from a shared system intended for several exhibitions.
Separate elements that maintain brand presentation from those that change with the space, products and technical conditions. Consider wooden and Maxima systems alongside the intended use.
Define production, transport, installation, dismantling and any storage per event. Country-specific procedures and organiser-provided services are reviewed separately.

A common design language can be developed by reviewing the schedule and floor plans together. Components to retain and graphics, equipment or layouts to change are defined for each event.
Reuse can be planned when component condition, the new floor dimensions and event rules allow it. Transport, packing and storage are part of that assessment.
