Melasty's EuroTier project shows how product displays and meeting areas can share one stand. For a new project, we review product dimensions, weight and visitor interaction from the start.

Düsseldorf: a tailored brand presentation

Medikal2000's MEDICA project is one example of our design and installation work in Germany. Alongside the exhibition name, audience, product list and meeting needs help define the equipment and layout.

Nuremberg: system and equipment

Rasem Kalıp's EUROGUSS project combines a Maxima system, showcases and screens. A new system choice should consider product presentation, equipment, floor dimensions and future use, as well as appearance.

Share the hall plan.

Start with the exhibition name, city, dates, stand number, floor dimensions and open sides. The organiser's current technical documents become part of the brief.

Define the installation scope.

Agree materials, graphics, furniture, power points, screens and product placement. Specify responsibility for organiser-provided services and the installation timetable separately.

Build the schedule together.

Align design approval, production, transport, site access, assembly and dismantling with the event timetable. Review return transport and storage requirements at the start.
