Clear responsibilities and schedules matter as much as design in international projects. Stand preparation, product transport and organiser-provided technical services may be separate scopes. We start by understanding your objectives and where you need support.
We plan the layout from your products, brand files, stand dimensions and open sides. Materials, graphics, equipment and furniture are defined with the approved design. Stand components and products or equipment supplied by your company are identified separately.
Transport and site access follow the exhibition's installation schedule. Responsibility for stand materials may differ from responsibility for display products. Documents, any customs procedures and local installation requirements are reviewed for the country and project.
Installation, equipment and handover expectations should be clear in the proposal. Share dismantling, return transport, storage and reuse needs from the start, and identify included services in writing.
