See the spatial design before production
A measured 3D model helps teams review how a stand will look and function before it is built. Visualisations show the proposed arrangement of surfaces, graphics, lighting and displays. They complement measured drawings and technical specifications rather than replacing them.
Review the visitor experience
Check entrances, circulation, product access, meeting areas and storage together. Review sightlines to logos and graphics from the open sides. Product dimensions and demonstration needs should be represented accurately in the design brief.
Coordinate materials and equipment
Review finishes, showcases, counters and lighting alongside structural supports, power points and cable routes. Confirm actual materials and supplied equipment in the written scope; a rendered appearance alone does not define a specification.
Compare systems around your needs
Wooden and Maxima approaches can be visualised against the same product and floor plan requirements. Consider distinctive forms, modular dimensions and future reuse together. Existing components must be checked for suitability before being incorporated.
Approve a clear reference
Agree the design version, required changes and responsible approvers before production. Coordinate the drawings with the organiser’s submission requirements and installation schedule. Keep updated files together so the brand and installation teams work from the same reference.
