Event information and approvals
Confirm the exhibition dates, stand number, dimensions, open sides and access arrangements. Check the organiser’s current technical handbook and the status of required design submissions. Keep the approved layout and latest files accessible to the project team.
Design, products and materials
Check logo visibility, readable graphics, product positions, visitor routes and meeting space. Confirm the selected stand system, flooring, panels, furniture, showcases and materials against the written scope. Identify who supplies each item.
Graphics and technical equipment
Check print dimensions, logo files and final wording before production. Review lighting, sockets, screens, cables and product demonstrations. Test QR links, digital catalogues and presentations before the event, and define responsibility for connectivity.
Installation and handover
Coordinate dispatch, site arrival and assembly with the permitted working hours. Review the structure, finishes, displays, equipment and final cleaning at handover. Record outstanding items and assign responsibility for resolving them.
Dismantling and reuse
Agree dismantling times, transport and packing before the event ends. For stand components you own, prepare a labelled inventory, protection and storage plan. Record their condition and any maintenance needed for the next exhibition.
