Start with the event and venue
An international exhibition project connects design, production, transport and onsite work. Begin with the organiser’s current hall plan, technical handbook and installation schedule. Do not assume a solution from a previous venue will fit the new space unchanged.
Build a clear design brief
Share the stand dimensions, open sides, product list, weights and demonstration requirements. Define reception, product display, meetings and storage together. Brand files, graphics, screens and lighting should support a clear visitor route.
Review drawings before production
Use measured layouts and visualisations to review dimensions, brand visibility and equipment. Confirm material specifications and technical details separately from the images. Identify which drawings and documents the organiser requires and who is responsible for submitting them.
Coordinate transport and site access
Plan packing, dispatch, arrival, site access, installation and dismantling against the event timetable. Stand materials and display products may have different transport arrangements. Review any customs, documentation and local requirements with the responsible parties.
Plan for the next exhibition
For regular participation, consider suitable stand components you can own and reuse. Define dismantling, labelling, protection, storage and maintenance. Recheck compatibility with the next venue before committing to an unchanged layout.
